Mafia Mansion Project is a luxury mafia mansion MLO for FiveM, built for servers that need a high-end criminal estate with more than just a pretty interior.

The mansion includes detailed indoor and outdoor areas, a custom garage, hidden bunker-style spaces, underground sewer access, custom props, collisions, map data, and dedicated audio game data. It is designed as a standalone map resource, so it works without ESX, QBCore, QBox, ox_lib, or any other framework.

The package also includes two sewer-exit variants: one with drug-related props already placed, and one clean version that leaves the area empty for your own scripts, props, or roleplay setup.
